FEMP

For energy services companies awarded a SuperESPC IDIQ in 2008, the current Task Order requires adherence with the FEMP M&V Guidelines version 3.0.  The FEMP M&V Guidelines are based on IPMVP principles, tailored to the specifics of the DOE SuperESPC program. This four hour class teaches the same concepts that are offered to government agency customers through ESPC Task Order workshops.
